The table stays exactly as it is today — one-time by default. The subscribe decision lives in the sticky order bar, right where the buyer commits: a switch reading "Subscribe & save 15%" with a frequency picker. Flip it on and the subtotal drops, a "You save" line appears, and the CTA becomes Subscribe & save. Nothing above changes — the safest way to launch.

How I'd roll it out
Launch Option 2 first — a contained addition to the order bar that doesn't touch the size table, so it's low-risk and quick to A/B test. Promote to Option 1 as the standard, where the mode toggle makes Subscribe the obvious default. Then add depth: Option 3 lets buyers auto-reorder specific working sizes while buying drums one-time — the most B2B-true behaviour — and Option 4 turns it into a commitment ladder (15→20→25%) with account perks, the biggest lifetime-value play.
